Slats

Interlocking slats are made from extruded aluminium with AA6063 T5 high-density natural anodized aluminum finishing with a thickness of 1.0 mm. All tolerances for Shape And Thickness in accordance to JIS H 4100:1999 (Aluminium And Aluminium Alloy Extruded Shape) .Polycarbonate (3 mm thickness) Vision Panel can be added upon request.

Bottom Bar

Extruded high-density AA6063 T5 NA aluminum with inverted “T” profile fitted by nylon cushion for noise reducer. All tolerances for Shape And Thickness in accordance with JIS H 4100:1999 (Aluminium And Aluminium Alloy Extruded Shape)

Side Guide (Spring)

Extruded high-density AA6063 T5 NA aluminum with SRS-C50 Profile with a thickness of 2.0mm. All tolerances for Shape And Thickness in accordance with JIS H 4100:1999 (Aluminium And Aluminium Alloy Extruded Shape).

Side Guide (Motor)

SRS-G75 Profile with 1st grade high tensile (G500) galvanized steel with at least 2.0mm thick (based on material thickness). An optional wind lock system is recommended for roller shutters longer than 6000mm or at the strong wind load site.

Casing Cover

1st grade 0.5mm hot-dipped steel or approved high-tensile galvanized steel finish surface casing cover secured into the casing structure with a self-tightening screw.
